Wow! So this is what food tastes like! I haven’t even left the restaurant yet but it is so amazing I had to post a review immediately. These heaping salads were the SIDE salads that came with out Philly and Falafel. Chock full of incredibly fresh vegetables and strawberries. I could taste all the different flavors. My falafel was incredible. It had some sweet potato in it I think. Just delicious. The Philly was shockingly good too (I’m not really one for vegetarian “meat” but it actually tasted great!). The caramel latte and banana smoothies were not overly sweet - we could taste the other flavors (coffee, and banana and almonds). So impressed with this place. Lots of stuff to peruse while waiting for your food too (which did not take long at all). If this place was in DC where all the foodies are, it would be packed and I wouldn’t be able to afford it!

Excellent vegan food! By far, it's one of the best places we've eaten with vegan options. I had the Reuben, and my husband had a Mediterranean plate. We had Masada curry soup and charcuterie board, which can also be made vegan. I'm so lucky we found this gem of a restaurant! It does not disappoint!

I always dread having to drive through the truck-infested I-81 corridor, but finding GNM&V just provided a true silver lining. SO totally worth the 5-min detour off the interstate, bypassing the usual fast-food and strip mall fare, to relax in this old home (or on its porch) to have REAL (largely plant-based, cruelty free, COOKED-FROM-SCRATCH) food prepared from the freshest ingredients by the kindest people imaginable. I departed well-fed, mentally recharged, with renewed faith in humanity...and thinking already about how soon my travels would bring me back this way.

Our food was as delicious as it was beautiful! Love having so many vegan options. I’m planning to slowly eat my way through the entire menu! And I’m bringing friends.

I love this cafe. I have been a loyal customer for 14 years now and I have never been disappointed. Their food is always fresh and fulfilling. The grocery section has unique buys. This is not fast food but it's about as Fresh as it Gets.

My sister Bonnie brought me to this wonderful cafe while I visited her in downtown historic Martinsburg, West Virginia. Look at these photos, they say it all! I own a restaurant in Ocean City, Maryland, and I know a good thing when I experience it. This was a wonderful afternoon and a fabulous meal. It’s located in an 1890s historical Corinthian style home. We ate on the outside porch and had a delicious serving of chicory Tea, sweet potato & lentil soup and a falafel charcuterie tray. Don’t miss this little cafe or better yet go out of your way to experience this special one of a kind place.

Very friendly staff, and they just let me browse and didn't bother me. Very helpful on the suggestions of items that would interest me. Cute, well stocked store, and the music was upbeat and had me in the mood to shop.

I love coming to Good Natured for lunch and have made it a near weekly occurrence. Be sure to leave plenty of time to savor the food and delicious beverages. The lemongrass soup was incredible and sweet potato fries demolished. Try the parsley mayo dip and if the weather is warm enough, soak up some sun on the outside patio.
